Summary

Description
English: This video clip shows a sequence of 6 observations with Saturn setting behind its largest moon, Titan, as observed by the Cassini Visual Infrared and Mapping Spectrometer. The RGB colors correspond to the following respective infrared wavelengths: 5.0, 2.0, and 1.3 microns. The first image depicts Titan's surface and atmosphere along its limb, which is separated by the black line. The second and third images show different parts of Saturn before being occulted by (going behind) Titan's limb. The fourth image shows Titan's atmosphere refracting the image of Saturn, hence the brighter limb relative to the last few images.
