Description
English: The first American sea serpent, reported from Cape Ann, Massachusetts, in 1639.
A contemporary folk music group, the Gloucester Hornpipe and Clog Society, has written and performed a song about the Cape Ann sea serpent, that they call "his snakeship". It was performed in a 2005 WUMB radio interview with the group that will be found at http://hornpipe.org/stories.html
