Description Lambang Kabupaten Mojokerto, berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Mojokerto Nomor 1 Tahun 1972 Tambahan Lembaran Daerah Propinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 1973 seri C Tanggal 31 Agustus 1973 No. 166/C. Berupa perisai merah putih bertepi kuning. Lingkaran dimulai dari dalam berwarna kuning emas, abu-abu kehitaman, dan kuning. Pada bidang abu-abu kehitaman sebelah kiri terdapat kapas 4 kuntum 4 daun ditambah lima daun dan 4 buah maja (total: 17). Sebelah kanan terdapat padi 35 butir, 5 daun maja, dan 5 buah maja. Buah maja jika dijumlah 9. Di antara buah-buahan dan daun maja terdapat huruf Jawa kuno BHRA (Brawijaya) dibentuk seperti angka 8. Pada bagian bidang lingkaran emas terdapat motto daerah Wijña mantriwira, yang berarti "Berani, bijaksana, dan bertanggung jawab". Di bagian dalam terdapat beringin 17 alur, 8 sulur, 5 akar, dan pura 5 tangga, 6 lapis, 17 pilar, empat hiasan, kanan-kiri.
