English: 1531 10th Avenue E., Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington. The Pierre P. Ferry House (Deanery of St. Marks Episcopal Cathedral) has city landmark status and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, ID #79002537. Architect John Graham, Sr.
This photo was taken from the grounds of the adjacent 1551 10th Avenue E., the Eliza Ferry Leary House, headquarters of the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia. That's about the only publicly accessible space from which the side of the house can be seen. We have other images that show the front, taken from a distance across 10th & looking over the massive front hedge.
