Summary

Description I believe that this beef was boiled in water that contained tea powder. It was an OK dish, with onions, broccoli, mushrooms and beef. The real problem is that beef is always a disappointment in China, the cows just aren't the right breed and don't have the right food and the cuts are always so bad. So I ate this, but I wouldn't go back and order it again.
