The poster advocates the "Popular Initiative for the Extradition of Criminal Foreigners" ("Ausschaffungsinitiative"), but was notably part of in the party's populist election campaign of the Swiss federal election, 2007.
The caption reads Sicherheit schaffen; mein Zuhause - unsere Schweiz "establish safety; my home - our Switzerland". Note the pun: schaffen ("establish") is similar to Schaf ("sheep").
