DescriptionSt. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, Dale City-Woodbridge, Virginia 01.jpg
English: St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, Dale City, Virginia. Founded in 1963 in fast-growing Prince William County, St. Margaret’s was a prominent evangelical parish in the Diocese of Virginia and participated in the planting of All Saints’ Church in Dale City. In 2006, the congregation voted to leave the Episcopal Church as part of the Anglican realignment; after legal reverses, the congregation walked away from its building on Church Hill Road in Woodbridge in 2012 and renamed itself Immanuel Anglican Church. The Diocese of Virginia gave the building to the Prince William Area Free Clinic. Meanwhile, the small continuing Episcopal congregation at St. Margaret’s relocated to the pictures building at Saratoga Lane in Dale City, a facility previously owned and then vacated by All Saints’ Church.
