The stela shows the Chief of the Libu Titaru son of Didi (the one with the feather on his head), offering tho the two aforementioned deities. It is dated to the regnal year 15 (or 17) of pharaoh Shoshenq V of the 22nd Dynasty. Probably from Kom Firin, western Nile Delta.
