Français : Classé comme monument le 21 avril 1980 : Façades, charpentes et toitures de a maison sise quai Vifquin, N°30.
Cette façade enduite de style Empire date du début du XIXe siècle. Elle est composée de quatre travées et de trois niveaux de hauteur dégressive. Le rez-de-chaussée est caractérisé par des baies cintrées ornées de moulures retombant sur un bandeau. Au premier étage, les fenêtres sont rectangulaires et leur encadrement bordé d’un tore amorti en congé. Les seuils sont continus et forment un second bandeau saillant.
