Français : Éléments classés par l'arrêté du 17 mars 1980  : La façade avant et la toiture de la maison sise rue Saint-Martin, n°30.

Cet immeuble du XVIIIe siècle est constitué de quatre travées s’élevant sur trois niveaux dégressifs sur soubassement appareillé. La façade classique est caractérisée par son quadrillage en calcaire contrastant avec les briques recouvertes d’un enduit blanc. La verticalité et l’horizontalité de l’ensemble sont soulignées par des bandeaux prolongeant les encadrements des percements au niveau des allèges et de l’entablement. L’édifice est couvert d’une toiture en bâtières d’ardoises à coyau percée de deux lucarnes à croupe.
