Summary

Description this block houses Target headquarters (blue tower) and a two level flagship with several entrances (at street and second/skyway level) and a bit of liner retail tucked beneath. Layout inside is similar to South Loop: a passageway just inside the store, but outside the registers runs along the store's short end, connecting the entrances along Nicollet.
