Deutsch: Die Gerüste werden um die Teepflanzen bebaut und können mit Schwarzen Netzen bespannt werden. Dadurch werden die Teepflanzen von ca. 50 % des Sonnenlichts abgeschirmt. Dies dient dazu, dass bei hochwertigen japanischen Tee wie Kabusecha, Gyokuro und Matcha die aktiven Inhaltstoffe in den jungen Blättern vor der Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt werden. |
