English: I always have know this as the Foster Wheeler Building till they left and it went downhill after. I thought it was being demolished but no it seems they
de-clad it and added another four stories. Waste of space to me if it does not get used. It's been a landmark in Reading since the 1970s and still looks like a blot on the landscape.
