DescriptionThe "Waverley" departing Red Bay - geograph.org.uk - 329237.jpg
English: PS Waverley departing Red Bay. The pier at Red Bay used to handle coal imports and, for a short time, a ferry service to Campbeltown. It is now used mainly by local fishing boats. The preserved paddle steamer Waverley had brought passengers from Ayr and Campbeltown and was departing for a trip to the Giant's Causeway.
