Summary

Description
English: Panoramic view of what is called The Blue Lagoon at the disused quarry off Burlow Road, Harpur Hill. I know that folk swim in this in Summer, but I really wouldn't fancy it myself. Nothing lives in it, either flora or fauna which can't be a good sign. It's obviously highly alkaline down to it being in a limestone quarry.
