Built in 1927-1928, this Gothic Revival-style building was designed by Kirtland Cutter for the Spokane Daily Chronicle, a newspaper. The building features a terra cotta exterior with one-over-one double-hung windows, stone cladding and arched bays on the first floor, decorative reliefs on the spandrels, decorative pinnacles, a decorative transom at the main entrance door, a suspended metal canopy, and gothic arched bays on the sixth floor. The building today houses The Chronicle Apartments.
