Because the photo has obviously been cropped, renewal searches were done at copyright.gov. There were no listings for the management company or renewals for the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Searching Hi-Los turned up active registrations for recorded music and artwork for album covers but no renewals. There's no evidence of current copyright for the photo.
