Description
English: This bronze plaque and a nearby stone monument memorializing Franklin Delano Roosevelt sit on a lawn near the southeast corner of Pennsylvania Avenue NW and Ninth Street NW on the grounds of the National Archives Building in Washington, D.C. This was the first memorial to Franklin Delano Roosevelt that was constructed in Washington, D.C. The plaque expresses Roosevelt's desire for the size and location of the memorial.
