Description Late 18th century or early 19th century drawing of The Theatre, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England: built 1771, demolished 1867. It was replaced on the same site by the New Theatre Royal, Leeds: built 1867, burned down 1875. The magician Ching Lau Lauro played here in 1834.
