DescriptionThe church of St Nicholas - geograph.org.uk - 857882.jpg
English: The church of St Nicholas. St Nicholas stands at the end of a narrow lane 857877 - because of its small size and its short tower the church is obscured from view, hidden behind surrounding tall trees, and can not be seen from the nearby road. The round tower with octactonal top was almost entirely rebuilt in the early 1900s as was much of the remaining church building; the interior > 857891 - 857894 dates from this time also. The font > 857898 is late C19. The church is now redundant and in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It is open every day.
