I am the author of this book The City of Love. I uploaded the picture so I could put it on the wikipedia page for the book. I own the book's rights and I'm allowed to reproduce the book's cover.

I chose Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 3.0 in the drop down menu. Why was it not applied to the file? And as long as the file remains deleted I can' add anything to it.
