English: President Joko Widodo inaugurated the revitalization of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) at the TMII Archipelago Lake, Jakarta, on Friday night, 1 September 2023. The revitalizatuon was started in January 2022 and cost more than Rp1 trillion. After the revitalization, said by the President, people can visit and enjoy the new look of TMII, which is neat, more shady, more beautiful and more comfortable. The TMII revitalization has also restored the park's concept as on its initial development plan, namely dominated by open green spaces.
Bahasa Indonesia: Presiden Joko Widodo meresmikan revitalisasi Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) di TMII Archipelago, Jakarta, pada Jumat malam, 1 September 2023. Revitalisasi tersebut dimulai sejak Januari 2022 dengan menelan anggaran lebih dari Rp1 triliun. Setelah revitalisasi, ungkap Presiden, masyarakat bisa mengunjungi wajah baru Taman Mini Indonesia Indah yang tertata rapi, lebih hijau, lebih indah, dan lebih nyaman. Revitalisasi TMII sekaligus mengembalikan konsepnya seperti pada rencana awal pembangunannya yakni didominasi ruang terbuka hijau.
