English: Langhorne Anthony "Tony" Motley (born 1938) is an American retired government official, best known for serving as the U.S. ambassador to Brazil, the country where he was born. At the time of this photo, he was serving in the cabinet of Alaska governor Jay Hammond as the commissioner of the Alaska Department of Commerce (now part of the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development).
