Description Enda Kenny, Taoiseach, visited the Embassy of Japan in Dublin, to sign a book of condolence for the victims of the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami on March 22, 2011. Kenny met with Toshinao Urabe, Ambassador to Ireland.
