Rationale: There is no free equivalent of this image and use of the image will not interfere in any way with either Uganda Rural Fund's or The Flores Shop's use of the logo. The image has previously been used on Uganda Rural Fund's website(http://www.ugandaruralfund.org/) as well as on several websites listing volunteer opportunities or non-profit organizations. The image will be used to enhance the article about Uganda Rural Fund, complementing the textual information. As a logo, the image conveys information about Uganda Rural Fund and its branding that the text does not provide. The image reaches a wider audience than the text alone, due to the highly visual nature of communication today.
