English: A Silicon Heterojunction solar cell precursor composed of a M6 sized monocrystalline silicon wafer sputtered with amorphous silicon to form the passivated heterojunction, and indium tin oxide (approximately 80nm) to form the anti-reflection coating and enhance lateral conduction, which is responsible for the blue colour of the surface.
