Date According to the English Wikipedia, the paper changed its name from "Wasabladet" to "Vasabladet" in 1939, which is most likely when this logo was introduced, since the old logo was otherwise identical to this one, see eg. File:Vasabladet June 29 1878.gif.

Author Unknown, the paper has used a very similar logo since 1856, see the digitized first edition of Vasabladet in the archives of the National Library of Finland.
