This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: Colour curves adjusted (via various means) to correct nonlinear colour cast. Brightness, contrast and shadow/highlight enhancement applied. Changes applied to entire image only; i.e. no picking and choosing specific details for correction, so this should still be a relatively faithful representation of the original image. However, it's not entirely clear how much of the rust-like colouring at the bottom of the car was actually like that and how much of it is due to the remaining colour balance issues in the shadow areas..
