Nederlands: Bijschrift: "Nederlandse ferry-pilote Ida Laura Veldhuyzen van Zanten, bijgenaamd Veronica X, transporteert Spitfires, samen met haar echtgenoot, een Nederlandse Marineluchtvaart piloot verbonden een "Inter-Empire" Spitfire squadron, gestationeerd in Engeland. Ze vervoert alles van Spitfires tot Wellingtons"

Reacties: Geplaatst door A.Junge op 11 maart 2016 - 19:37. Dit is niet Ida Veldhuyzen van Zanten en de beschrijving is ook niet op haar van toepassing. Het gaat hier om Veronica May Innes en dan klopt de beschrijving wel. Zij was nl. getrouwd met Gerard Volkersz.
