English: Russian Federation. Breast Badge "Veteran Aviator of EMERCOM". Instituted on 14 May 2002 by ministerial order 236. Awarded to deserving military and civilian personnel of the EMERCOM aviation department for excellent performance of duties, if previously awarded state or departmental awards and that have served in the EMERCOM of Russia for at least 10 years.
