Description

Viken chapel by lake Kvarnbergsvattnet. The wooden chapel was originally built in 1793 by Norwegian settlers. It has been rebuilt and restored several times. Architect Gösta Rollin (who took the image above) was in charge of a restoration in 1950-1953.

Vikens kapell vid Kvarnbergsvattnet. Träkapellet byggdes ursprungligen 1793 av norska nybyggare. Det har byggts om och restaurerats flera gånger. Arkitekt Gösta Rollin (som tog bilden) ledde en restaurering 1950-1953.
