- Offered for sale from the A. Alfred Taubman collection at Sotheby's, New York, 4 November 2015 (lot 2, realized 1,570,000 USD Hammer Price with Buyer's Premium) The drawing was in the collection of Max Silberberg (1878-1942), industrialist and Holocaust victim. Silberberg was obliged to sell his collection in a forced sale in 1935. The drawing was sold with the benefit of a settlement agreement between Silberberg's estate and the seller.
