English: The site of the original Löw-Beer textile factory. During World War II, there was a branch of the Gross-Rosen concentration camp "Brünnlitz" (Gross-Rosen-Brünnlitz), through which Oskar Schindler saved about a thousand Jews from the Cracow ghetto. Later, the textile factory Vitka was located here. As the pictures show, some of the buildings were in poor condition and have been leveled with the ground in recent years.
