Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a book cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the book sleeve artwork on another book.
