The William and Jane Phinney House is a historic house in the Centerville area of Barnstable, Massachusetts. Built c. 1730, this five-bay 1-1/2 story Cape style house is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Centerville. It is also significant as an early example of a bowed roof, a notable regional variant.
