editWinfixer is one of a family of software products used to scam people. In 2008, the US Federal Trade Commission shut down the site. Since then, they have successfully brought criminal actions against several people.

In addition, since the US government seized the corporate assets of Winsoftware Ltd. (the company that used WinFixer to steal money from victims), it is likely that the image is actually in the public domain and no longer protected by copyright.
