Other information	This image provides visual identification of the subject of The Woodinville Weekly article on the English Wikipedia. With publication name clearly visible, the image illustrates the periodical in a manner impossible by a free image. Context and caption make it clear that this is an image of only the front page of one particular issue. It is not likely to be confused for the current issue, nor for the entire publication itself, and as such does not infringe upon the commercial value of the copyright held by paper's owner. Further, the size and dimensions of the image have been significantly decreased to the point that all text is virtually unreadable.
