English: Construction of the Woodward & Lothrop flagship store in Washington, D.C. The smaller building, then home to Rich's Shoes, is now occupied by the Washington location of Madame Tussaud's. The building being constructed is now occupied by H&M, Zara, Environmental Protection Agency offices, and other commerical tenants.
