Summary

Description
English: World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago - Panoramic View

The image was taken looking Northwest across the Lagoon. Part of the Women's Building can be seen on the left of the image. The large domed building towards the center of the image is the Illinois State Building. The bridge crosses the Lagoon to the Japanese Pavilion (Phoenix Palace).

The photo was on a glass slide, that my father had developed into an image. I digitized it. The photographer was my great grandfather who had a photography shop on 2029 Wabash Avenue, in Chicago.
