Description	Deutsch: Zeichen 290: Zonenhalteverbot für einen Stadtbezirk; Quelle: Bundesgesetzblatt, Jahrgang 1970, Nr. 108, S. 1591. Tag der Ausgabe: Bonn, 5. Dezember 1970. Die Darstellung zeigt die korrekte Farbgebung der StVO von 1970 in RAL Verkehrsrot (#C1121C) und Signalblau (#154889). Wie im Verkehrsblatt 22, 1970, S. 782 beschrieben, mußte das Zeichen Seitenlängen von 1000 mm besitzen und wie im de:Verkehrsblatt 1972 sowie 1976 (Verkehrsblatt Heft 24, 1976, S. 771) vorgeschrieben, war das Zeichen insgesamt 1000 mm breit und 1000 mm hoch. Die Lichtkantenbreite betrug 18 mm, der Ausrundungshalbmesser 40 mm. Der schwarze Rahmen war 25 mm breit. Das Verkehrszeichen im Inneren des Schildes war 600 mm breit und hoch. Das stilisierte Sinnbild für die Parkscheibe war 200 mm breit und 240 mm hoch. Vom äußeren unteren Rahmen des Zeichens bis zur Grundlinie der Schrift waren es 135 mm, die Versalhöhe betrug 90 mm.
