Description
English: A faithful reproduction of a 1728 scroll from the Sendai Domain that the depicts the manufacture of copper cash coins in Japan. "These men are stacking and counting the strings of coins. The man on the lower left is counting and recording the amounts in an account book set by him on the floor. The man on the top center seems to have unstrung a roll to inspect. Perhaps he is another quality control man." - Dr. Luke Shepherd Roberts.
