V modrém štétě stříbrný kvádrovaný kostel s průčelím vpravo, červenou sedlovou střechou zakončenou zlatými makovicemi s křížky. V průčelí dveře pod obloukovým oknem, v boční stěně tři stejná okna, vše černé. Uprostřed střechy stříbrná věžička s hranou obrácenou dopředu a dvěma černými obloukovými okny. Červená střecha vížky je zakončenou zlatým křížkem a lemována zlatou korunou. English: Municipal coat of arms of Chlumec nad Cidlinou town, Hradec Králové District, Czech Republic.
