Public domain?

I think this image is public domain. It was published on page 160 of the 1933 yearbook, The Tecoan. I can find no copyright notice either on that page, or anywhere at all in the book. (Online scan of the whole book; another scan at the Internet Archive.) A work first published in 1933 with no copyright notice is in the public domain. cmadler (talk) 15:03, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
