Seat arrangement

I just have an observation. Isn't it custom for the overflow of government party seats in a majority to be placed on the speaker's side of the House on the opposition side of the floor? I reference the 37th Canadian Parliament as evidence. Grizzwald (talk) 05:03, 6 May 2011 (UTC)

Premature?

Unless there is an exact seating plan already in place, it seems premature to create this graphic, before the opening of the next Parliamentary session. NorthernThunder (talk) 13:34, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

True, but this graphic isn't meant to be an accurate representation of the seating plan, but rather a visual representation of the seat distribution in the House of Commons. Also, convention across Wikipedia seems to be that it's alright to post something like this based off of the official numbers, before having an official citation.
