There`s an error in the map. Yugoslavia was one of CERN signatories, but then in 1962 left the organisation. So it should be marked blue. If it`s not marked on blue colour, I think you should add special colour for the country (ex-YU is now divided for 7 countries) who found the organization, but left it.
