I know this is a late response, but I made a new version that uses the color that pythoncoder mentioned and I included it in this reply (I'm not the best at WikiText, so I'm sorry if I screwed up the formatting).

Reopened: Not sure how, but Camshaft64 found this old request and did part of it, uploading File:Cascade-protection-shackle-corrected-color.svg. I was inspired to upload a compressed version of that file, and to upload File:Interface-protection-shackle-corrected-color.svg, which was the other part of the request. Xaosflux: That one was updated a year ago according to the consensus, so no need to do anything there. See the upload history and File talk:Move-protection-shackle.svg.
