As per the fair use dispute text, I am the copyright holder of this image and can grant a license. I would rather it be a ND license to prevent derivative works, but please advise how to easiest resolve this. Thanks! Chrismcnab (talk) 14:28, 8 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Chrismcnab: If you do not wish to release your image freely, (e.g. a {{CC-BY}} or {{GFDL}} license) you might take or have made a different photo with a free license (note that in many cases the copyright is held by the photographer, not the subject). Otherwise, your media is still subject to WP:NFCCP policy. - The image also appears at https://www.facebook.com/chrismcnab. An OTRS ticket is required. There's instructions how to do this at WP:consent. -- Diannaa (talk) 03:47, 14 July 2015 (UTC)
