I'd be grateful if someone could explain to me what is going on here.

I uploaded a book cover under fair use arrangements and I now find the version was reduced in size and a citation has been added that states: "This tag should only be used for book covers."

It is a book cover, and I do believe it fits under fair use so I can't understand why the changes have been made. Is there something I missed or should I have done something else?

I ask this as I'll be uploading further book covers under the same conditions and I'd prefer to get the procedure correct if I can. Thanks. Perry Middlemiss (talk) 10:11, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
