Thing to the east of Australia?

What's the bit that's colored east of Australia? Couldn't find any text info about it. Maybe someone in the know should list the territories highlighted, as opposed to just an image. Also shouldn't this be in SVG? --Bxj (talk) 09:16, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
