Invert the polarity

The main figure is plotting negative values up. While this is historical there is no consensus to have this unintuitive representation. A survey has shown that most EEG researchers would prefer positive up (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.12.20.572507v2.full.pdf).

It's my first contribution so not sure how to do it but I made a positive up version based on the original .svg file:
